The website www.vision2export.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Portal”) is an electronic web-based platform for exploring, exchanging, and enhancing business opportunities online by connecting with suitable companies worldwide. The Portal is owned, controlled, and managed by M/s Vision 2 Export, an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization, having its registered office at: 704, 7th Floor, Palm Court, Mehrauli–Gurgaon Road, Sector 16, Gurugram, Haryana – 122007 (Hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
It is mandatory for all members/clients of the Portal to read and understand these Terms & Conditions before proceeding to make any payment. Payment shall be treated as free consent and voluntary agreement to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
General Terms & Conditions
- Clients must extend full cooperation for the Company to provide services effectively.
- Lack of cooperation may lead to service deficiencies, for which the Company is not responsible.
- The Portal is a connector; all terms, negotiations, and payments are strictly between buyers and sellers.
- Sufficient time must be allowed for the Company to source appropriate buyers.
- Membership duration must be completed; short-term evaluation is not grounds for service deficiency claims.
- The Company's role is limited to providing leads; deal execution is the clients' responsibility.
- All information provided by clients must be accurate. The company is not liable for member-uploaded content.
Payments & Validity
- The Company is responsible only for payments made into official company accounts of Vision 2 Export.
- Payments made to any individual or third-party accounts are not the responsibility of the Company.
Refund Policy
There is no refund policy. Once payment is received, our expert teams begin work on activating membership and services with prior approval from the client.
Privacy & Confidentiality
All business documents are treated as strictly confidential and are not misused or disclosed without consent.
Disputes & Jurisdiction
- Disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion for an amicable resolution.
- Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Governing Laws
The Company is registered in India and is governed by the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and other prevailing laws of India.
